Taste & Co. Bespoke Catering is a full-service, premium catering company based in Trinidad & Tobago, specializing in custom-designed culinary experiences for events of every size.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all menus. Every event is thoughtfully curated — from concept to execution — ensuring that the food, service, and presentation align perfectly with your vision, audience, and occasion. From intimate home gatherings to large-scale fetes and corporate productions, we create food experiences that are intentional, elevated, and unforgettable.

Meet Executive Chef Ryan Aming-Garcia, a young vibrant chef full of passion and creativity with 19+ years of experience cooking professionally.

Along his journey he has been trained in Sushi, Italian cuisine, French cuisine, and Local/Creole Cuisine. He has gained his experience working at top restaurants in Trinidad and Tobago.

His background in industrial catering (airlines, canteens and offshore) as well as food safety (HACCP trained) ensures high-quality service and standards and industry best practices.
