1. Introduction

Welcome to Taste & Co. Bespoke Catering. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services & Bookings

Taste & Co. provides bespoke catering services for events. All quotes, menu proposals, and event dates are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a formal contract is signed and the required deposit is received. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice prior to a signed agreement. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your formal catering contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your event services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are strictly enforced to cover the costs of food sourcing and planning. Specific cancellation terms, including non-refundable deposit amounts and cut-off dates, will be explicitly outlined in your individual catering contract.

5. Dietary Requirements & Liability

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when notified in advance, our kitchens handle major allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment and do not accept liability for allergic reactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, menu descriptions, and text, is the intellectual property of Taste & Co. Bespoke Catering and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
